Twenty years ago, most shed businesses ran on clipboards, phone calls, and memory. Deliveries got scheduled by whoever remembered.
That world is mostly gone. Software already touches quoting, sales, production, and delivery in nearly every shop I talk to. The question I care about is whether it's helping you learn faster than the builder down the road.
That's what my first Shed Business Journal column covers: where shed companies get stuck with software, what other industries already figured out, and where it's heading next.
